Meet Our Staff

Paige Moore became the Chief Executive Officer of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa on June 17, 2024. Paige’s expertise, leadership skills, commitment to excellence, and experience with RMHCCI partners and funders make her an exceptional leader. Under her leadership, the organization’s success and impact in achieving its mission and vision will continue to flourish. Before taking on the role of CEO, Paige served on the RMHCCI Board for several years and knows our organization well.

Meet Meggie who is our Director of Operations. She promotes a culture that ensures an engaged and passionate staff by providing support, leadership and the tools necessary to carry out the mission of RMHC and provide the home-away-from-home that families need.

Meet Carissa, our Assistant Director of Operations who manages the daily operations for our Ronald McDonald Houses here in Des Moines. They ensure the House runs smoothly while supporting families throughout their stay. Carissa is a warm and welcoming face to our families during a time when they need it most.

Meet Bernadette "Bee" who is our Events Coordinator. As leader of our Events Team, Bee is responsible for executing and deploying our fundraising events throughout the year.

Caroline serves as the Community Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, where she oversees volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement to ensure seamless support for families in need. She also builds strong partnerships with local organizations and businesses to raise awareness and promote the mission of RMHC throughout the community.

Meet Grace who is our Marketing Coordinator. She handles all of our marketing needs, and brings a warm smile, positive attitude, and great energy to our House!

Meet Rachel who is our House Manager for our MercyOne House. She handles various aspects that go into a family's stay at RMH at MercyOne Children's Hospital. She is responsible for welcoming, serving, and supporting families by providing an inviting and comfortable home away from home.

Meet Alex who is our House Manager at our House near Blank Children's Hospital. She handles various aspects that go into a family's stay at RMHCCI. She is responsible for welcoming, serving, and supporting families by providing an inviting and comfortable home away from home.

Meet Beth who is our resident manager. She spends her days enthusiastically serving families so that they always feel welcomed, safe, and fed.

As Evening House Manager, Quinn diligently oversees the evening operations of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa at MercyOne Children's Hospital, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for families while managing the house’s daily functions with care and attention.
